Since its establishment in 1955, Camp Maple Leaf has provided a summer camp experience to over 30,000 children, with that number continuing to grow. The new infrastructure and new construction to support these growing numbers is the cornerstone of Camp Maple Leaf's sustainability.
This project will see the beginning of a master plan for the island’s future outlining the building layout as well as the upgrade and enhancement of sanitary systems, water supply and electrical systems; a new Welcome Centre, functioning as a front door to the camp, including a health centre, offices and all-season rental accommodation; a new comfort station; an accessible cabin to house campers with special needs and their staff; and a new workshop space.
We look forward to seeing you there!
